Enabled Studies And Files Set To Download I see two share files my friend send to me Chartbook2.Cht and TpT.StdyCollct but I do not see the download button. I reboot and not find the chart book to open how do I down load the file and where is the file stored? Thank you |

There is no download button. Restart Sierra Chart and make sure Sierra Chart is not running in Safe Mode. Disable that option on the Login window. And then the files should be received. If not we need to look into other causes.
