Hello, In the morning, around 8 AM I put an order (3 contracts), they took the order without any volume and then, the flatten button and the buy and sell were not responding, they took the order, but they did not allow me to flatten the order. When the market open at 9:30 am due I was not able to do anything on the account before that, sierra just takes me off. so, they took the order and then, hold my account and take me off with all the money. Please advise, Thank you, |
