Gaps in Intraday Charts

Hello, I have two issues, both of which are gaps in my intraday charts. I looked on the support board and tried everything, nothing is working. Essentially on one chart I'm missing a time period from 2:36pm-6:00pm tonight and on the other the intraday chart starts at 6:00pm, not showing anything prior to that for the day. Please advise what to do asap. THanks... Maclin |

You need to change to the advanced service package for proper historical data support when using Rithmic. Instructions are below. For now we have changed you the advance package At this time re-download the data in the chart: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
