Hello, I have specific time periods missing on my intraday charts. I turned off my computer at the exact time frame that they are cut off. Essentially, it's not showing from 2:36pm - 6:00 pm tonight. And then on my other chart it's only showing March 10 data starting from 6:00pm. |

We have discontinued technical support for Rithmic. Who is your broker and are you using Rithmic for live trading? These are the alternative services to use: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Simulated Futures Trading Service But for proper historical data support for Rithmic for now, you need to change to the Advanced Sierra Chart Service Package 5. The instructions are below: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. Once you do that, then you need to re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
