I would like to pay you for some time to take a look at my set up.

I'm having a very difficult time with replay playback and locking up. I'm not suggesting there's anything wrong with the platform, but I obviously have to figure out why my particular set up is overtaxing my new machine.

The machine is, as I said, new. it has an I7-9700K processor, 32GB Ram, Win10 Pro installed on a 500GB M.2 drive (C), and SC installed on a 1TB M.2 drive (D). This machine was built specifically to run SC. Although I have the MS Office suite installed, they are not running at the same time, and anything other than SC is installed on C. D Drive is strictly for SC.

I cannot seem to load two chartbooks and replay without locking up. using Resource Monitor, it appears as though i'm maxing out the individual cores on the CPU (There are 8).

I'm hoping you can help me identify what is wrong with my set up and/or at least give me some advice on making it more efficient.

i realize this is a paid support issue, and i'm fine with that. please let me know what day/time works.
