Currently I subscribed to:
Denali Data Feed
Full CME Group for NON
CME w/Market Depth for NON

I would like to get SPY live data as I understand it I need to subscribe to U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS) to get this.

Can I do that with the Denali feed or do I have to switch to the SC Exchange data feed?

Thanks,

Doug

You need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and that is discounted by 10 USD because you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

It appears then if I understand it correctly I would be better off canceling Denali and switching? is that a correct assumption?

based on the fact that I just renewed everything a few days ago. I should wait till end of month???

No, what you describe is no longer the case. Due to the changes that we incurred with our Vendor of Record for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, the CME Group of data is now only available through the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the other exchanges are available through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You can have both of them without any issue.

So in your case, you will add the Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed to your account with the US Equities exchange. This will be in addition to your already existing Denali Exchange Data Feed.

We are then discounting the cost of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed by $10.00 USD per month since you also have the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

It is up to you if you want to wait until the beginning of next month. The only thing to be aware of is the cost of the Exchange itself, as that is charged in full for the whole month regardless of when you activate it. Otherwise, the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed itself is pro-rated for the amount of the month that you activate.

Now we are working on expanding the exchange coverage with the Denali exchange data feed. This is a high priority but this is a very involved task on the business and technical side.

To clarify on this point.

For real-time data on the CME group futures as well as equities you need to subscribe to both Denali and Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed. Simple enough.

Specifically:

- Does Denali and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed need to run in separate instances?

- Under the Data/Trade Service Settings, which selection do we use? SC Data-All services OR SC Futures Order Routing/Data?

Thank you.

No. They work together in the same instance. Or you can use separate instances .

- Under the Data/Trade Service Settings, which selection do we use? SC Data-All services OR SC Futures Order Routing/Data?
Either one. The last one would only be in the case if you are using the Sierra Chart order routing service.
