Sierra Charts software not working properly

Hi Since more than one week ago the SC program is not working properly.The charts will not update real time. If I choose any option of the menu (even when I choose the pointer, for example) the screen becomes light gray and the round circle pointer starts to go round for about a minute to get into what I have asked for. I am not able to see the updated charts as the program is constantly retarded. And when I try to do something with the program it is impossible!! I have gain data feed. thanks for your help. Camila |

Hi, The program will run ok under safe mode. However, when I run the platform on normal mode, the program is sluggish and it displays the round circle pointer and stays almost frozen for several minutes. I can do almost nothing on sierra charts The chartbooks I am using are attached. Thanks for your help Camila |
