This thread has been closed for a while and speaks volumes to the issue. LIFO is how SC used to work for years. LIFO /FIFO fill matching problem in REPLAY Chart Settings; Advanced Settings 3; Use LIFO (Less Reliable) does not seem to make a hill of beans difference in the order fill matching. I haven't used the platform in a long time because this change to FIFO really messed with my head and algorithms. Tried a simple trade on SIM in v2060 today only to find out that the first order in is still the first order out. I cannot stand FIFO fill matching. Am I missing a setting somewhere? |

You need to enable this setting: Chart Settings: Use Last In First Out Fill Matching (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) The position average price setting you are making reference to, we are going to take it out because really it is out of date at this point. Is there a way to change this globally? It appears I would need to change to LIFO on every chart for every market.

Also, is there a way to get chart trader to stop averaging my entry price of 2 different entries into 1? Thanks |

No there is no global setting. And there is just one average position price.

Even with every chart and the trade activity log manually set to use LIFO, the PnL tabs in Chart Stats still is using FIFO, can this be fixed?

The Chart Stats tab, is only going to show data from charts and for a particular chart, at a particular row , is set to use LIFO, then the data for that row will be based upon LIFO. Check all of the charts.

This setting is too tedious to manage on existing chart setups, please make a global setting. I just manually went through over all 100 charts in this entire subinstance to check/change this setting, still getting FIFO on Chart Stats.
