This is my sierra chart name and password.Make sure your broker has configured your CQG account with the necessary Product Enablement's. This is essential to be able to connect. does this need to be done from sierra charts? This worked fine before I tried going through AMP. now my sierra charts name and password doesn't work as well.

It does that make sense you would have ever been able to connect to CQG using your Sierra Chart account name and password. So you need to contact your broker and find out what your CQG username and password is.

when I first signed up for sierra charts I went with rhythmic. then I joined AMP as they offered sierra charts, they gave me a name and password that wouldn't connect. I then tried to reactivate my sierra account and couldn't connect with my sierra name and password. I contacted sierra and you guys said you no longer supported rhythmic. so I then switched to CQG and neither my name and password for sierra or AMP will work. I'm paid up for sierra charts and I'm not sure why I can no longer connect with that name and password.

Could you please just contact your broker to get your CQG username and password to get this issue resolved. We would like to help, but we have no idea what the CQG username or password is or have any knowledge about that account.

This is one of the advantages of the Sierra Chart order routing service. This is not going to be a problem at all with this service:

Secondary login issues just do not exist with this service. And you also have much more reliable connectivity as compared to CQG. And the cost of the Denali exchange data feed goes down by 5 USD a-month.

You just need to have an Introducing Broker or Clearing Firm that is on the list of Step #2 here:
