Hi: I have tried various VPNs on Sierrachart to reduce network latency, but due to the existence of GFW,I still can't solve this problem.I wonder if SC engineers have any good ways to solve this headache problem. Thanks |

Are you experiencing this problem with the real-time data feed or with the sending of orders or both?

The best solution is going to be to have a Windows server somewhere in the US that you run Sierra Chart on. Preferably a dedicated server. And then you connect to that using Windows Remote Desktop connection over a VPN. This is going to be the best arrangement. Let us know if you need further technical help with this. This is specified here which is only general information: Software Download: Requirements We do have users using a virtual private server (VPS) when they are using a remote server. So a dedicated server is not necessary but in our opinion you should have one. But this is up to you. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
