Failure with order with Service Order

I was experiencing a lot of issues in modifying my order today and kept on receiving a error message Failure with order with Service Order when I tried to modify an order by moving the buy stop order on the chart. Due to this I was stopped out earlier without hitting the modified target resulting in loses which could have been avoided if the modified stop was not automatically readjusted by the system to where it was before. I will appreciate if you can check and resolve this issue for me and let me know what was wrong so I can request Top Step trader to adjust my account balance accordingly.
