I am getting this message when I try and modify and order in Sierra Chart from Rithmic. "requesting order status from non-responsive order" I cannot modify and order once a position is taken. I have to go to Rithmic to do any modification. please advise - using release 2059 thank you |

We have heard about this, with Rithmic. We have discontinued technical support for Rithmic. Are you doing live trading on Rithmic? yes, I know your feelings about Rithmic, but I thought you might have an idea of what I can do. I downloaded the newest version of SC and that's when the trouble began. Even after reading the documentation, I can't figure out how to go back to an earlier version. I follow the instructions and am not given the opportunity described in loading a previous version. I am trading a Top Step combine, which is SIM as far as Rithmic is concerned. I have reached out to Top Step and they are clueless. They have asked me to send them a screen shot of the error message and I am about to do that. I must be the only one having the problem or I would think they would be more engaged. |

Disregard what we previously said. We know what the problem is and we will fix this in a couple of hours. There was a change with the communication with order modifications when using the DTC protocol to the Rithmic bridge program where we leave the quantity as 0 if it should not change but that is not considered a valid quantity for Rithmic.
