Problem with 4 Range Chart in (true) in Ticks

Hello sierra Chart Team, I have a problem with my Sierra Chart. I am dealing with 4 Range Chart ( in True ticks ) setting. Since two days the chart has extreme holes! And therefore my Set Up does not work. Unfortunately I can't act like this. Can you please tell me what the problem is? I will send you a picture. With kind regards Denis |

How do you know there's a problem? Use the Intraday data editor and look at the trades: Intraday Data Editor And then contact the exchange and see if there is any missing data. Denis, not sure if this will help, but u can check Data/Trade Service Settings-Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is set to 1 Tick. |
