System has been on 'Downloading Continuous Contract Data' for the last 1 hour. This is abnormal. its the first time i have connected the live rithmic data. No single chart is loading. |

This must be due to a connectivity problem between your computer and the server. We also see you are using Rithmic which complicates historical data access since data comes from two sources.
