Hello, I'd like to ask for an advice. I want to implement to an alert that the signal only occurs if it exceeded a minimum distance of n ticks from the last signal. I assume this is not possible with the simple alerts. Is it possible with the spreadsheet study or should I better start to learn ACSIL? |

You can check the level of the last signal (its price) using the study I created a year ago. In combination with the arithmetic studies from Sierrachart you will achieve what you need. contact link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=StudyStore&SCDLLName=zyp_download_free |

Thanks for this one. Unfortunately it doesn't reference my alerts. Do I have to state the color bar based on alert condition buy / sell signal? |

Yes, with arithmetic studies (or you can enter the arithmetic equation directly into the colorbar alert study formula) + last value study + colorbar based alert study you will have a signal for trade input / output What you want can be done within a few minutes of these studies .... ....... Another option is to use the spreadsheet study, you should it all in one Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-02-28 15:14:42
