Orders don't close with flatten button

Hi, Yesterday I experienced a problem. I was trading on the wrong side of the market and wanted to close my order quickly on BE. Then I pushed the FLATTEN button and orders didn't close instead I got a message that said 'total sell quantity would exceed its limit'?????? I want to close what happens here? Then I pushed again and finally it went on -1 tick but with the high volatility I could have costed me a lot of money. I need to trust the flatten button. Can you please let me know what I did wrong and what I need to do to close an order directly? See LOG BOOK attached, Already thanks for your reply, Anita |
