HSI volume rollover missing day

I'm rolling over from HSIG20 to HSIH20. Today is when volume rollover occurs. I restart SC, and it prompts me to rollover the symbol. I do this, but yesterday's data is missing, as the attached picture shows. I suspect this has to do with the fact that the time zone of the instrument is +8 and my current time zone is -5. The chart's time zone is correctly set to +8. Any idea how to address this? Note that this occurs on other charts for the same symbol, so it's not something particular to this chart.
