I am having a problem getting my charts to update real time. I currently have a rithmic trader (top step) account attached, but my charts are not updating in real time.

Top step Trader accounts are not entitled to take advantage of the CME nonprofessional fees. These are CME rules. And it does not matter what kind of an agreement the top step trader has with the CME. This agreement is not applicable to us.
