I am re sending for I am not sure the last ticket went through. I am unable to connect to sierra charts today. I am still running version 1997 32 bit ( 28705M) , because i am having my proprietary algorithms/ technical tools updated to 64 bit version. I was told I had until end of April to get this done. I had no issues yesterday , please either undo what has caused this so I can connect, Or tell me how I can still run a new 32 bit version that is still supported until my 64 bit indicators are error message in log is as follows : Transact/infinity futures is saying it is a sierra chart support of this version issue.....please advise so I can get my charts back up Connect event error. Window error code 10061: no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it . / |

We see you are using Transact. So Transact must be having a server problem at the moment. There is nothing we can do from our side in regards to this. This is not any issue on the Sierra Chart side.
