Numbers Bar indicator nor functioning properly onbGlobal data feeds

I have installed Sierrachart..Numbers Bars indicator is working fine on instruments supported on Rithmic data. But when i applied the Numbers Bar on instruments(NSE futures like NIFTY-I.NFO) supported by Global Data Feeds data its not functioning at all. They have directed me to your end saying problem with settings. Please help

Yes. The other symbol i want settings is BANKNIFTY-I.NFO.Its lot size is 20 while lot size of NIFTY-I.NFO is 75 . so please set the contract size accordingly.. also i would like Tick size of 1 for NIFTY-I.NFO and 2 for BANKNIFTY-I.NFO.
