Good afternoon .... Everything has been working great with my charts until today, when I tried to upload a couple screen images. I got the error message displayed in the title bar above. When I looked in the upload log, I noticed I had numerous uploaded images dating back exactly one year to Feb 20, 2019. I wondered if that log may be limited to one calendar year was the issue, and deleted all the previous uploads that were in there, and tried to upload a new screen shot ... still don't work, just keep getting the same error message. i tried searching the support board for that error message and got nothing pertinent. Thanks in advance, Jim

Oh great ... here we go again. You will recall my thread from a year ago on Feb 19/19 entitled "Lost all my Charts", in which I had to upgrade from my previous 1506 version to the then new and improved version SC 1825 ... and promptly most of my 44 chart books and 1000+ individual chart overlays did not carry over to the new version. As a result your techs decided upgrading at that time to version 1531 would be the fix for my charts to carry forward ... plus your techs had to remotely access my computer to make adjustments. So the question is ... will I once again repeat that whole scenareo with this update to today's current version? I want to know the impact beforehand this time. Regards Jim
