Hi support. For the past few days when I limit into a trade using the Denali feed (Stage5) my target and stop show in the SC platform as "Order Sent," but that's it. The orders are never sent to Stage5 and I have to manually enter limit targets/stops or nothing will happen.

Furthermore, once the orders show "Order Sent," I cannot remove them from my screen, unless I restart SC to clear them

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I have the same problem. Like JohnnyT my attached orders sent to Gain are not working, even though they show up on my charts as having been sent. I can clear them from my charts by going to Trade > Refresh Trade Data From Service. I am able to manually enter limit and stop orders from SC's trade DOM that go through to Gain, but attached orders show up on SC's Trade Service Log as "Trading server did not acknowledge new order".

Please help -- I really like the attached order feature of SC's trade DOM.

Thanks!

This is an issue with Gain Capital. They have been told about it and it is expected to be resolved over the weekend at the latest.

Please also consider switching to the Sierra Chart order routing service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

Stage 5 does support this. We really do advise that you switch to this service as it is the very best. And we are going to be producing a video soon to explain why it is the only choice if you are serious about your trading.

Also to remove the orders, you just need to select this command:
Trade Menu: Refresh Trade Data From Service (Trade menu)

This is exactly why, we are phasing out other services including Gain Capital. And we do not expect Gain Capital to be supported in newer version after this year.
