setting up charts

I just got a new computer cause my hard drive crashed, so I'm stating the process of creating my own charts all over again. But when I logged in and opened up a new chart, it's just gray. There's the example chart, but I'm not able to do anything with it

Go to one of the charts you opened and follow the instructions below: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
