I have been getting messages errors saying I have opted out from receiving alert notification through my email winstonpea38@gmail.com An few years ago I had alert via TEXT and email I asked to discontinue the text service NOT my email service. It may have been misunderstood. Can you kindly restore my email alert service. If you do not want to do it you may instruct me on how to do it. We show 2 email addresses that were verified for your account. The email account w**********8@gmail.com was opted out. We cleared the opted out, so you can receive emails to that address again from Sierra Chart. Still, we are not sure which email you were expecting to receive the alerts, so let us know if this does not fully resolve the issue. But you should not have had any issues receiving emails to the other account.
