Dear Sierra Chart, I have been using Sierra Charts on a Dedicated Server (the Operating System is: WINDOWS SERVER 2012 R2) with virtually no problem. On this environment I have many detached charts which are placed on the different screens/monitors (I have 5 monitors at the moment). I access the server via RDP and every time I log out of the server and then I re-log into it the Sierra charts remain in their place as I left them before the logout, i.e. on each and every monitor. Recently, I tried a different server but this one is using Windows 10 as its operating system. I downloaded the Sierra Chart software and for a week or so everything worked fine (and exactly as before in my previous server). Sometime over the weekend of Feb 1st/2nd there was a Window 10 update I had to do. After that every time I place the detached Sierra charts on the different monitors and log out of the server, when I re-login ALL charts gather on the root monitor where my application icons are located. In essence, all the previous arrangement is messed up and if I want to work I need to relocate them in the various screens. That is annoying to do various times every day. I have downloaded the Sierra Chart version 2048 but the problem persists. Is there some kind of setting in Sierra Chart that solves this issue, or is it ONLY a Windows related issue? If you have any clue about it and is something I could do in the Sierra Chart setting please let me know as soon as you can, as I need to make a decision and "cancel" this server soon if the problem is not solved. Many thanks in advance, Spyridon |

This is going to be a Windows issue. Sierra Chart is not going to move the position of a window.
