hi I see only 5 levels for all instruments, why so few? I have live account on CTS datafeed with a live account, but t4 platform shows to me more levels, on ES - 10 |

This was due to some limitations with the FIX based data feed in its initial release from CTS. We can safely increase this to 10 in our next release because it supports incremental updates. We will do that. But this will only be for the Simulation server for the time being since CTS has only released incremental refresh messages in the simulation environment until it is well tested.

This thread is not related to the issue you are having. Nothing has changed with CQG market data processing recently in Sierra Chart. If there is a problem or limitation with market depth it will be on the CQG side which is not within our control.
