Please help me know if there is any way I may have horizontal lines on high & low of the day over a period of time?

Actually I need all all high & low 's of previous days be extended horizontally to current time. This study cuts these lines at the end of every day.

Look at this study, which can display the previous day's High and Low through the current day:

I did my best to set Daily OHLC but it goes like stair at intersection of days but I want previous DAYS to continue horizontally like high & low of 50 days ago to continue horizontally forever and the same for every single day. That being said for every day, we should have two liens be printed on charts horizontally and these two lines will never change direction. I couldn't set this by Daily OHLC.

There really is no way to do exactly what you are looking for. This would be something you would need to program yourself to make happen. Refer to the information starting here if you are interested:
