Stop loss and take profit not placed properly only on live

I'm trading NQ and ES. The issue occurs only on NQ. My stop loss configuration is 20 ticks and profit target of 40 ticks but when I enter a trade on a limit (don't know if it happens on market orders) the stop loss and take profit are offset by a very small amount (today my TP was set for whatever reason to 13 ticks). This issue doesn't occur on every trade I take. I use the Denali data feed with Gain (I guess that's the problem). My question is can you confirm if it's because of Gain and can anything be done so I can trade through Sierra normally or should I enter my orders through their software? Most likely the problem is that you have set the Attached Order settings on the wrong Trade Window as explained here: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Trade Window Settings Not Applying to Chart or Trading DOM Also, check the Chart Tick Size: Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) Also this is totally unrelated to the data feed. I'm pretty sure it's not from different trade windows. In regards to the tick size I do use "volume at price multiplier" with a setting of 3 on NQ charts which just now I understood that actually groups the actual prices together. So this is most likely the problem. I'll triple the settings of the attached orders and see if the issue remains in the following days.
