Just want to know how to set up dom for live trading with AMP

Just simple I need to set up my DOM for trading where i can see my cash balance and and set the number of contracts and trades i made and limit my number of contracts and set up loss limit and add commission to my trade so i know my true P/l and what setting do i have to do. How do i tell if my order was submitted or if i am on sim or live |
