My live data was deactivated but I have since paid but I am still having problems getting real time data. Can you please give me instructions on how to get my data back live?

Since it is the beginning of a new month, you need to login to your funded trading account in order to authorize the lower cost CME Exchange Fees. Refer to the information here:

I do not have a funded trading account which is why I signed up for the $42 Denali data exchange for users without a trading account. Hopefully I can get this resolved soon.
