How fast can SC process streaming data?

From the documentation, a study function is called at each Chart Update Interval, whenever an update has been flagged. It appears that the update interval can be as small as 1 millisecond, but can SC really work at that speed? In other words, can I use SC for a trading system that should react within 1 millisecond to some input from the market? |

The minimum update interval is more like about 10-15 milliseconds.
