Hello My broker is AMP. I reset my computer and the Sierra software was deleted. I want to reinstall Sierra Level 5 software on my computer. I want to reinstall it with all my saved data that are in Sierra (chartbooks, graphs etc). How to do it? |

If the Sierra Chart installation is, in fact, gone, then there is no way to recover the Chartbooks as they were previously. But, what is confusing here is why would the Sierra Chart folder be deleted from your computer just because you restarted the system. Is it just the icon that you start Sierra Chart from that is missing, and not the entire folder? By default, Sierra Chart is installed to C:\SierraChart.
