i funded a futures account with a small amount of $ to get a feel for live trading on the sierra chart platform. embarrisingly i fell asleep with a trade on, and it was autoliquidated since the trade went against me, which is fine. so i re-funded that account, and tried to start trading, and now getting a message in the service log saying SC Futures Order Routing/Data order update (Order reject). Info: TT order update (Rejected). Text: Trading disabled due to Auto Liquidation. Text: Tag: SimpleBracket.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 1070. Service Order ID: 378415. Symbol: MESH20_FUT_CME. Account: ** | 2020-01-28 23:09:23.441 when i try to place an order. it took me about an hour to find this too, and i missed out on a couple of trades how do i re-enable trading? You need to contact your broker about this and give them that message. And tell them to enable trading again. Refer your broker to the very last screenshot here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#OrderRejectionsAndAccountConfigurationIssues It shows them exactly the option they need to uncheck. You can also check the status of orders through the Trade >> Trade Orders Window. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
