Problem with DENALI DATA FEED

I Signed up for Denali Feed last to add to my Gain Capital account after there were some GAIN data feed issues last week. I have been using it together with my Gain account since last week with no issues, the DTS shows my Gain information for order routing and account, then I have the box checked to "allow Sierra chart data feed" , today I opened SC only to see the feed frozen saying "WAITING TO DOWNLOAD HISTORICAL DATA" this message stays there forever, I then when into the DTS and UNCHECKED the SC Data feed box, reconnected to the service and it resolved the issue. Is something wrong with the DENALI FEED Today? please advise
