[Programming Help] - Charts are not updating

Charts are not updating. This is happening since this morning, January 28, 2020, 5:00 am PT, after installing the new SierraChart version. I have read and apply the "help Instructions" but it is not updating.
I have Windows 10, a good computer, everything else working fine.
HELP, please

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
