Hello, I'm new here, I was reading a lot of threats but still I don't understand in which place I have to start. So, first of all, I want to say that I already have sierra chart on my computer. Secondly, I have Interactive brokers account with subscriptions. Why I want to work with sierra chart, because I want to see more DOM bid and ask levels. So what I have to do here? I need to take Service Packace? And which one is better for me? Also, I need Denali Exchange Data Feed if I have Interactive brokers account with all subscribtions? So can you explain step by step where I have to start to make Sierra chart available for me? Thank you!

What exchanges are you wanting to get data for (CME, Eurex, US Equities, etc.)? Once we understand what exchanges you want, we can tell you which data feed to use and get you setup. I want CME and ICE exchanges. But I have subscriptions for these exchanges on Interactive Brokers. So it's possible to login to Sierra chart with my Interactive Brokers profile? Or I need to subscribe subscribtion for one more time from you?

Ok, thank you for this. But it's possible to get ICE data with more than 10 levels for bid and ask? Because, for CME I see, that levels are more, but ICE exchange gives only 10 levels..

Okay. So, how to make on KC, SB, CC futures more DOM levels? I can buy subscribtion from you. Just explain what to do for me because I want to see for DOM levels on ICE exchange.
