Hello,

I've carefully read the pages on the installation of a second instance of Sierra Chart and real-time data sharing between the two. That's no problem.

My problem is that nowhere in the instructions do I find a way to tell the second instance of SC to connect to a different IB TWS for trading in my second account.

Please help,

I have two TWS: the first is set to port 7496 with the main Sierra Chart set to the same port: 7496. This pair works well, that is I get real-time data from SC RT feed and can place orders executed through its associated TWS.

The second instance of SC gets real-time data from the first. In Data Trade Service Settings it is set to DTC Sub instance (trading).
This copy of SC is set to port 7498 which matches the port on its associated second TWS.
However this copy of SC will give me an error message if I try to connect.

That is: in Data Trade Service Settings I don't know what to choose to make both the real-time connection to the first SC and the trading connection to the second TWS.

The second instance must not be set to use the DTC Sub Instance Service. It must be set to use Interactive Brokers.
