Dear Support,

In one of my SC instances there is a problem with the market depth of the ZNH20 contract (ZN-202003-ECBOT)

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=157968004511.png

I use SierraChart RT datafeed and the instance is connected to IB for execution.
Other contracts are displayed correctly and this problem exist only in the IB connected instance. Other SC copies that are connected to the SC RT feed directly (withouth a broker connection), display the ZNH20 contract correctly.
I tried to disconnect/reconnect and also to delete and reload chart data.

Can you please advise?
Thank you.

This is resolved and we have also released a code change which should prevent it in the future.

Dear Support,

I am experiencing same/similar issue with the ZN again. The only difference is that the problem exists when I am connected directly to the SC RT feed as well, not just when I am connected to IB.

We have determined the underlying reason for the problem and will be implementing a solution over the next 2 to 4 weeks.

A Sierra Chart update probably will be needed for a thorough resolution of the issue both on the server and client side. But not likely absolutely required.

Dear Support,

Just FYI I am sending this message regarding the ZT (2 year notes): the same problem exists there as well.

Although I am not sure if you need this kind of report. If not, please disregard my message.
Thank you.

We will work on this. The problem does not originate on the Data Feed, it is an issue in Sierra Chart due to the number of decimal places needed for price comparisons.

Actually thinking about it we did already resolve this problem but we did not release the updated Symbol Settings because users will require a new version to support them.

but we may just go ahead and do this and require an update.
