Here is information about the issue: DATA We are going to set you up for free with our Denali exchange data feed for now: Denali Exchange Data Feed This will resolve the problem for the CME group exchanges. Let us know if you require market depth data. Check your email to complete the market data agreements. The links to the agreements go to the email address you have set here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo When you complete the agreements, post here when done. Actually, we see that you have already signed the agreements. We have gone ahead and credited your account the amount necessary to cover the Exchange Data Feed through the end of the month, and we have activated the CME Group with Market Depth for the exchange. If you want to make a change to the exchange, you can do so from this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges As long as you have the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled, you will be receiving the data for the CME Group instruments from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
