We cannot help with any Rithmic issue. We have discontinued technical support for Rithmic. We strongly advise not to use Rithmic. We recommend using this service instead: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service If you let us know who your broker is we can help you get set up with this service. Or let us know if you would like a refund. As we are definitively not providing support for Rithmic any longer.
