Keep missing data every time

Hi, This morning after I performed symbol rollover from CLG0 to CLH0 I started to have the following strange Issue: Every time I open SC, or Delete and download data is applied, or modified the session times from one chart, all the previous data disappears and start again from the new moment. It only happens with intraday charts, historical charts are ok. All the data is complete to yesterday´s close ( CLG0). So everytime the symbol CLH0 is loaded the data starts from that moment, all history is gone. I have never had this issue before in all years I have been using SC. I have SC v2035. Please let me know how to solve the Issue. I can trade with it. Thanks |

Is all of the data present now in the chart? I have done everything in those instructions, but the data keeps missing more and more. There is a problem, even if I duplicate a chart the new chart miss all the data previous to that point. See the attachment of 1 min chart, the 2nd missed data. |

Any solution? Historical charts are ok, the issue is with intraday charts and with continuous contract. Everytime I login to SC the data for today in the charts starts at that right moment and all the previous data for today is missing. If I change the chart to no continuous contract all the missing data for today appears. I need to use the continuous contract for my charts to trade, I will appreciate a solution. Thanks |

I already found the solution my self. FYI the problem was the settings for the Symbol rollover Cont. (# of business days before 25th). Thanks any way |
