I use Transact's data feed to run Sierra. For a couple of months now, I lose my connection when the market gets fast. The charts just lose connection with Transact for no apparent reason, other than the speed that price is changing.I keep Sierra on the latest version but it doesn't seem to matter. Is there a reason for that? Is the problem on Sierra's end or Transacts?

This is an external data feed issue which is not within our control. The recommended solution is to use this service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service It is a quality solution. Although it is broker independent, it does not work with Transact. So you would have to use a different broker/clearing firm. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Be aware of support policy: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#GeneralInformation For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, *change* to the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-01-16 05:35:58
