Hello, I'm using a CQG data-feed and I just activated ICE US futures with them. However, I wasn't able to see market depth data for ICE US futures, while the market depth data for other exchanges work properly. I've attached a picture of the DOM of the Sugar futures and the DOM of the 30yr US treasury futures for comparison. I would like to know what symbol settings I should look for to correctly display the market depth data. Check this setting: Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) But if it is 0, then CQG is not providing any depth data.
