I have SC real-time package but the stock data appears to be delayed. I have signed up today. Perhaps I am doing something wrong. My next step was to signup for exchange for CME. Please look into my account.

Why do you say that? You are certainly not paying for real-time exchange data at all. We do not know how you are coming to this conclusion. Perhaps your system is too complicated for me. So far I paid for Pkg 5 and prorated service for 1st Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed connection. $16 (prorated). I went back to my account and 1st connection is still not active.. when I click to activate it asks me to pay again
