How do i activate the charts ? They download historicly, but then they don't do anything after that.

I have Amp with your pkg #5 for data. Using charts transferred from tradepro academy. I work full time during the day, so I'm trying to learn how to use them at night with futures.

Yes,i said i have amp with the denali data feed.with sierra pkg 5. The cme deducts $25/mo from my amp acct. The only chart i get thats active is a correlation chart. How do i activate t by the rest of the charts ? Roy |

Ok, i did update to the current version and it worked for 2 days. Now, the s&p500 mini isn't active. No "M" besides the F.US.EPH20. What can i do now ? |

User called and issue resolved. They were using an AMP account which did not have the Denali Data Feed. We recommend activating the Denali Data Feed next month and using that account with Sierra Chart.
