Hello,

I have been using SC with connection to TD Ameritrade and denali data feed and CME data via SC. I upgraded my SC platform to the latest version. It was working fine last Friday but for some rason it shows im connected but its not longer moving real-time.

Was there a changes over the weekend that could have affected this?

Thanks

Ok we see what the problem is in your case. We have authorized the data for another week. But since TD Ameritrade API is in the process of being discontinued could you please follow this alternative described here:

Hello,

Quick Question. In regards to setting up an account with AMP to be connected to my SC account. Will there be any monthly inactivity fees and/or fees associated with AMP? I understand that some firms charge monthly inactivity fees. Is there an agreement between AMP and SC to remove monthly fees?

Thanks!

Our understanding is there are no inactivity fees. But please check with AMP.

There are certainly no fees when using the TT based order routing unless you are trading and the only fee is .10 USD per contract per side.

Hi,

I've been working on opening an account with AMP based on instructions above. This is taking longer than I expected since they have yet to review/approve my application.

Is it possible to extend my service as I don't want to have a lapse on SC?

Thank You

Both your Sierra Chart usage time and the Denali Exchange Data Feed are active. The data feed is active until the end of the month with CME data authorization. And the usage time does not end until October 2020.

Sorry, I should clarify a bit more. With the recent changes with TD Ameritrade, the issue I had with my charts not moving real-time even though I have SC usage time with Denali data active. In regards to "SC have authorized the data for another week" as mentioned above on 1/13/20.

My interpretation of this was that I needed to go through the alternative via link above for solution to open and fund a live account with AMP to connect with my SC account before the end of this week. Otherwise, I would revert back to experiencing my charts not moving in real-time due to the recent changes with TD Ameritrade. Is that correct?

Thanks

What we see is that the CME data is authorized on your account until 2020-01-31. So your account is fine until then.
