1) Alerts get triggered correctly, but no email received. Email address used is the one in my account profile. Is it perhaps blocked for some reason? 2) Also, another issue (not to clutter the board): I have "lost" my GC trade window, can only see it if I attach it. I have tried Restore all TW, Reset Windows but nothing works, any ideas? Thanks |

Thanks for the child window tip. I think the alert email issue is some kind of bug. I say this because in the alert manager log, when the alert is triggered it gives: Alert: (11) while I specified the #10 in the alert settings (I have enabled email in alert 10). I then changed the alert to alert #11, and when it triggered it gave the number 12 in the log. So, it seems to be triggering <specified alert+1>, which is very weird. |

We checked our mail server log and there are no email delivery problems to you. The particular bug you are referring to, was resolved. Update Sierra Chart. This could very well be the problem.
