Sierra, ESH20-INX is appx 20mins behind/delayed. Do I need to activate something to get live data? If so can you direct me where? Am I doing something wrong or is normal for the ESINX data? Thank You

Yes. This requires the S&P Indices exchange also activated in addition to the CME exchange. You just have CBOE Indices.
