Moving tade stop to breakeven on DOM automatically

I have a bracket set up on the DOM with an OCO for 10 tics take profit and 20 tic stop. I would like the stop to move up to -2 tics or break even when the market has moves up 8 tics automatically. Here is a screen shot.
