What does "resolve full names for reference input" mean? I can't find it in the docs: Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Display Study Subgraphs Name and Value - Global |

so if have multiple studies that rely on each other, e.g. a daily OHLC, a diff study that references it and a text display that references that... then... if I set short names for each and save the 3 studies as a '+' study - then when I apply it to a new chart, would the references in the last 2 studies always be correct? regardless of the study ID # ? I'm trying to make a '+' study that I can apply to a chart and have it work without further modification. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-01-10 07:02:18

The option for Resolve Full Names for Reference Inputs is just about what gets displayed in the Region Data Line. But the answer to your question is Yes, if you create a Study Collection in which there are references to the other studies, then those references will be maintained regardless of what the actual IDs end up being for those studies when they are added to the chart, and regardless of whether the Study Collection was added to existing studies on the chart.
